Certificate in College Teaching Final Assessment Form
The Certificate in College Teaching is awarded upon the completion of all certificate requirements and completion of a graduate degree (masters or doctoral). In the semester after completing all certificate requirements or in your last semester of graduate work, a final assessment must be completed by the student and faculty mentor and be approved by the Certificate in College Teaching committee.
